I AM NOT A MOBILE GROOMER. Pets must be dropped off and picked up.

Pets will not be groomed without ALL up to date vaccines unless exempt by their vet.

Appointments are scheduled by time slot, meaning I set time aside specifically for each pet. Please keep this in mind when booking, canceling or rescheduling.

You are allowed to reschedule or cancel your appointment any time. It's preferable I have a heads-up at least 48hrs in advance so I can give your slot to someone else. I understand things such as emergencies can happen suddenly, just let me know ASAP if you can. Depending on the season just keep in mind it may be difficult to reschedule your appointment.

Anything besides grooming/bathing cannot be scheduled with me. This means vaccines, allergy shots, exams, discussing sedation, etc. You must contact the office directly to make a separate appointment and then you can contact me and we can set up grooming once everything is taken care of.

Please disclose to me if the pet has been professionally groomed before and any sensitivities the pet may have such as arthritis, past injuries, collapsing trachea, head shyness, cannot stand for long periods of time, or doesn't do well having ears, paws, legs, tail, etc touched. Will they cry out, try to bite, become stressed, etc? This all helps me to plan accordingly.

Have an idea of what you want for the pets haircut and if you want any additional services. Feel free to show me or send me photos of the pet's previous haircut or examples of what you'd like.

If the pet isn't already a patient at South Orlando Animal Hospital please bring their vaccination records in paper form.

Note that the prices on the pricing page are subject to change upon meeting the pet. Sometimes I meet a dog that is much smaller or bigger than I was told, has more or less hair, or is less or more matted than I am told so I price accordingly. Unless the dog is going to have a urine/fecal sample collected the same day as their groom please walk them well before their appointment so I can avoid messes during or after their groom when they're already clean. If dogs really seem like they need to go potty or will be waiting a while to be picked up I will walk them and provide them with a water dish. Cats will be provided a litter box and water dish.

If the pet needs to be finished my a certain time I must know in advance!

I try to get all pets done in a timely fashion but sometimes other factors mean the groom may take longer. You can text or call anytime for an update but just remember I will text or call when the pet is ready to be picked up.
